Hi All,

I am looking for a KPI plugin for Jira Data Centre

We want to be able to create and track KPIs using Jira data, but we also want to create individual KPIs based on roles that are not driven by Jira data.

Are there any suggestions for a good plugin?

Alternatively, any suggestions for a tool that can sync with Jira?

I recommend using the Enhancer Plugin for Jira to track your KPI metrics. This plugin offers a variety of custom fields, including user, time, and date fields, which you can use to collect the data you need. The best part is that you only need to install the app, define your custom fields, and reindex Jira, and then you'll have access to metrics for all the issues in your Jira instance, not just the ones that are created in the future.

Performance Objectives app is a flexible tool for tracking KPIs in Jira.

You can set your KPIs based on standard Jira metrics and dynamic metrics like 'Time Since', 'Time in Status', 'Time Between', 'Time in Assignee', 'Cycles in Status', 'Cycles in Assignee', etc., that do not exist as data fields in Jira. Thе app also supports Formula and Conditional metrics and offers rich flexibility for setting targets for your KPIs (fixed, % of total, % change, etc.).

As for your second request you may use Zapier to automate import of data in Jira from external systems and once they are in Jira you can use them in your reports in the Performance Objectives app.

There are numerous options to create data groups based on your roles using advanced JQL and Jira automation and then use them as segmentations for your KPIs.
