Kanban board and a few special things

I am about to create a kanban board for a dev team and I want to add the dots on every issue, set a WIP limit on ongoing stuff, that is the somewhat easy part.

But, is it possible to take automated actions when, let's say, an issue has 3 dots?

Or when the issue is dragged to Done?

Hi Mattias,

For when an issue has 3 dots, I am not aware of any automation rules.

For when an issues is transitioned to Done, you can edit the workflow and add some post-functions. Dragging an issue to Done on the board is nothing else than a workflow transition. Please see the documentation article below and look for post-functions
