Good morning team,
Issue: Me and my team are not receiving emails from JIRA anymore.
Usually I receive an email when I'm assigned a new ticket or one is updated by another developer.
Issue Start: Stopped working a few weeks ago.
Was wondering if this is a wider issue?
Regards,
Martin
Hi @Martin McCarthy,
please check the notification scheme which is used in your project. Maybe you are not in the assigned role/group of the event which triggers the respective e-mails. Further information about notification schemes are described here:
https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/creating-a-notification-scheme-776636401.html
If you are an administrator, you can also use the notification helper to identifiy why you don´t receive the e-mail for a particular event. How to use the notification helper is described here:

Best regards
Dennis
Good afternoon Dennis,
Apologies for the late reply. Had a look at the solutions you proposed but none of them worked.
What I discovered is that our Exchange server quarantined the emails in the bulk spam folder.
In order to whitelist your company on our Exchange server, please could you provide a list of Exchange server IPs so we can add them to our whitelist so we continue to receive notifications please?
Many thanks in advance,
Martin.
