Migrating from Rally to JIRA process

Hi

Currently our orginzation want to move from rally to JIRA. I need help to know the process on how to migrate all the data from rally to JIRA. Any help appreciated.

There are 2 approaches to perform this migration:

  • CSV import
  • third-party tools
