Summary: 2 stories are not showing any story points in the Sprint Retrospective report, despite having points assigned.
Here is one of the stories; as you can see it has 2 story points:
However, in the Sprint Retrospective (https://ourTenant.atlassian.net/secure/RapidBoard.jspa?rapidView=20&view=reporting&chart=sprintRetrospective&sprint=131) no story points show against this item:
Detail
Comparing an export of all issues associated with a sprint with the related Sprint Report gave different figures for the number of story points allocated.
Filtering the export on those with DONE status, this matched the number of story points under the "Completed Issues" section. Which is as expected.
The issues under "Issues Removed from Sprint" did not show in the export. Which is understandable.
However, looking at those issues under "Issues Not Completed", we found that on the Sprint Report 2 of the issues showed as having no story points; though when viewed in the extract, or if navigated to by clicking on the link on the key column, it was clear that each of these had 2 story points assigned.
The items in question are Type: Story, Status: Testing, Priority: 1, Resolution: unresolved..
All other issues' story points match.
Is there a reason for this, or is this a bug?
Jira considers work in a Sprint done when it is dragged to a status mapped to the right most column of a board. Usually, this status/column will be called 'Done'.
'SB-1071', in the screenshot above, is in a status called 'Testing' which may not be in the right most column of your board.
