Need to integrate JIRA with Perforce

When items are checked in, the changesets in perforce need to be associated with the affected items in JIRA. How do we resolve this?

One possible way is to use the Perforce Defect Tracking Gateway. http://www.perforce.com/product/components/defect-tracking-gateway
