Nested groups in Internal with LDAP directory

Hello,

I want to use Internal with LDAP directory, however, I am facing an issue.

Assume, I have three groups : A, B, C.

Group A is a lower level group with wider user base but lower privileges.

Group B is a middle level group. Group B is a member of group A. Group B has privileges higher than that of group A.

Group C is a top level group. Group C is a member of group B. Group C has least members and highest privileges.

There is a user 'ROGER' who is a member of group C.

When I configure Internal with LDAP, and when user 'ROGER' logs in, he is only shown a member of group 'C' and not of group 'A' or 'B'.

That in turn means, if some content has view permissions to group 'A', user 'ROGER' would not be able to view it.

That translates to ; if I want to make content visible to 'ROGER', I have to assign view permissions to group 'A', 'B', and 'C' individually.

I read about configurations and came across nested groups.

Can nested groups solve this situation.

If I use nested groups, would assigning view permissions to group 'A' allow user 'ROGER' to view such content.

If yes, how con I configure 'Nested groups' in 'Internal with LDAP authentication' directory as I did not find an option to configure this.
