Is the error you are getting when you try to upload a file? What are the steps you are taking to do that? What is the size of the file? Do you have permission to add attachments? Have you tried and been successful adding a simple file to the same issue?

Hi - I already tried that and it didn't work. I don't even know who my Jira Admin is

Hi @Christine Britner and welcome to the Community!  Try refreshing your screen and ensure you are logged into Jira.  If refreshing your screen doesn't do the trick, reach out to your Jira Admin.
