Original estimate and remaining estimate fields have gone missing

I don't know what happened, but we just upgraded JIRA to latest version last night and the Original and Remaining estimate fields seem to have disappeared.  

Time Tracking is toggled on on the affected screens (we are also using Tempo).  I can't see the fields in Field Configurations either.  It does seem to update remaining estimate when logging time via Tempo. 

where did they go ?

I think it might be required to (re-add) the TimeTracking field  to your screens
