Outlook webmail and Jira Cloud emails: No links in email

This is a silly question, but my Jira Cloud emails contain no links:

The first blurred line above in square brackets, is a text-only link.

Is this a Jira setting? Or, maybe Outlook webmail is removing links (or, not auto parsing https:// text links and making them clickable)?

Part of me is wondering if this is a Jira email template setting, or is Outlook webmail just not liking the HTML of these emails?

Looks like I had switched my email prefs to "text" in my profile:

I prefer text emails but it looks like Outlook doesn't like how Jira formats text emails and then refuses to "auto link up" the links? I think I'm spoiled by gmail and how it auto-links URLs in text-only emails.

Anyway, while I wait for a system email, I'm hoping this issue is solved.
