Hello.

I am looking for a Gadget (Plugin?) that would show me the percent of reopened tickets in a specific JIRA project (or maybe % of reopened tickets in a particular JQL filter).

Is there any?

Hi @e,

You can do this with our Great Gadgets app for Jira. One of the many gadgets that this plugin offers is the Advanced Issue Filter Formula Gadget that you can use to calculate the percent  of reopen tickets.

Here is on how to configure the gadget:

Reopened means whether the issue went from Resolved(Closed) to Open. Or... was it a specific 'Reopened' state. Depends on the workflow.

How do you define a re-opened ticket in your system? Is the idea of "re-opened" marked by a specific status, or a certain resolution, or some value in a custom field? Or are you just wanting something that will look at each ticket's history and see if it ever left your final "Closed" status?
