Plugin Development startup errors

Hi Guys i have just started to pratice the plugin development but its showing some error while running the Atlas run command kindly give your suggession, i have inserted the image which contain the error kindly check it below.

Please execute `atlas-update` and then execute `atlas-run`, let us know the outcome.

You can try `atlas-mvn eclipse:eclipse` which will also download dependencies and if you are using eclipse.
