Plugins have been removed while restarting JIRA

Hello,

A while ago we had to restart our Atlassian JIRA service.
Apparently several plugins were removed when JIRA was restarting.

Does anyone know why JIRA would automatically remove Plugins?
We still use these plugins.

We are currently on JIRA 6.0.5.

Hi Ilse,

From the look of it I suspect you may be experiencing the problem described in this knowledge base article, where two versions of the plugins have been installed in different directories: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRAKB/Plugin+removed+and+JIRA+locked

I'm not certain but it seems plausible so please check the two directories and ensure that the plugins aren't duplicated there.
