×I am new to Jira & I am tasked to working on what reports can be generated from Jira. We also have the Portfolio, Big Picture & Structure plug-ins. We are moving from PPM Pro to Jira and are specifically looking for capacity & demand style of reports (hours by person & project & possibly portfolio), project status updates, issues, timelines, etc. This needs to be in a cumulative format to present to senior leadership in one report. Is there a way to do this in Jira?
Hello Tammy,
You can learn about Jira's built-in reports here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwarecloud/reporting-764478415.html
As for Structure app, it allows to create reports using data from different projects and Jira fields. It has special columns that let you show progress and perform calculations based on various Jira fields. You can add multiple columns that will calculate progress based on different values - all in the same report.
You can learn more about the reporting capabilities of Structure from our recent webinar on this topic: https://youtu.be/0iDLFcSeB8I
Kind regards,
Daria
