Problem worklog user identification in Tempo

Manuel Dias July 14, 2017

Hi,

Since the rollout of this new JIRA/Tempo version (maybe from start if this month), I can no longer identify my team colleagues in the automatic email worklogs sent by JIRA.

In the past, everytime a colleague registed a worklog, I could check his name in the worklog email: now I only see a "Timesheets" user and don't know who my colleague is.

If I click the "Timesheets" profile I get this info:

https://sbssconsultingsupport.atlassian.net/secure/ViewProfile.jspa?name=addon_is.origo.jira.tempo-plugin

Does any body knows how to correct this?

Thanks

Manuel Dias

Hi!

I had the same problem.

There is official answer from Tempo Timesheets:

"Timesheets user in JIRA is the Timesheets add-on communicating to JIRA that a worklog has been added in Tempo and adding the duration of the worklog to the Time Spent field in JIRA.   You can read more about it here: https://support.tempo.io/hc/en-us/articles/115010308428."

They promised to fix it in next several weeks as far I understood.
