Problems sums in the dashboard

Dashboards in the total sum is correct, but not when the dashboard shows all the events that meet the filter the partial sum is incorrect. We use Jira 6.3.2 What can we do?

Hi there, you can give us more information to investigate the issue :) what version of sumup are you using? And what browser? Could you provide a screenshot? What is the JQL query? Thank you in advance, Benjamin John
