We're using Jira OnDemand with Tempo. We have a new project that fails to show any hours when reporting by project name yet the Account for the project (with multiple projects) shows the logged hours. I did a jira reindex but no change. Sample url for query is below -
secure/TempoProjectBoard!worklogs.jspa?project=11101&activity=project-11101&period=0814&periodType=BILLING&periodView=PERIOD&from=&to=&exact=&span=&version=&component=&projectFilter=project

Hi David
In Tempo Timesheets 7.9 we introduced the "Tempo Project Manager" role. This role replaces the "Project Role To View Other Users", a Tempo Global Configuration in older versions and is used exclusively for viewing other users worklogs.
If the role is being configured for the first time, the Project Lead is added to it by default. However if the role has been configured previously (through the Tempo Global Configuration, in an older version of Tempo Timesheets), the users/groups are migrated to the role in each project. To add/ edit Users/ Groups to this role, go to the Project Administration, Roles, hover over and click on the respective fields to set them in edit mode. Edit the role as needed and click the Update button at the end of the line to finish.
Users in this role can view worklogs for other users in the Project, Issue and Agile Timesheet.
You need to add users to new project but you can also add default users and groups to all projects created after this configuration as documented on the Atlassian Managing Project Role page.
Hope this helps and we are sorry for your inconvenience.

Can you create a ticket in our Support Project (https://tempoplugin.jira.com/browse/JTS) and send us screenshots of the Timesheets (Project and Account) and also of the Project permssions, so we can better investigate this.

I get the following message when I try to login. Google account seems to fail as well for some reason (just stays on the choose account screen).
Your account is not yet available in this OnDemand instance.

Hi David,
to view the Project or Issue Timesheet, you need to be in the "Tempo Project Manager" role for the Project, else you will only be able to view your own hours in this Timesheet. Please take a look at https://tempoplugin.jira.com/wiki/display/TEMPO079/Project+Role+to+View+Other+Usersfor more information.
Kind regards,
Susanne

Thanks Susanne,
I do have that role. I can see everybody's hours on every project. The problem seems to be in viewing the project ( no hours ) and viewing the account (all hours).
