Active Sprints view empty but not Backlog view

Joe Snyder March 12, 2020

There are issues assigned to a sprint, which I can see in my backlog, but when I look at the "Active Sprints" view it is empty, even though there is an issue count in the column header. Is there a hidden filter or something somewhere?

Not an answer really but I can recreate the problem by setting swimlanes to Epics. If I remove the swimlanes, the issues are shown.

I "solved" the problem by deleting the board and creating a new one from scratch.

Joe,

You assign issues from a backlog to a sprint. How then can you see tickets added to a sprint in a backlog?

Edited title to say "Backlog view" which shows the current sprint and backlog
