Hi,
we have a table where people have to put in multiiple information per user when they are requesting things. At the moment we are sending the excel sheet via email manually to the users after they created the ticket.
We want to implement this excel sheet somehow in our JIRA create issue screen so the people can fill it out directly. The best solution would be a table directly in JIRA but we only found non free addons.
Is there maybe a way to add the excel automatically as a comment once the issue was created? Or add the excel sheet to the create issue screen?
We are happy with any other automatized way but it would be fantastic if the user would recieve the excel automatically somehow once the issue was created.
