We use next-gen service desk projects in cloud. It is essential for our business to have different workflows for some issue types. Specifically, we need to be able to add more intermediate statues, i.e, Open -> Under Analysis -> WIP -> Done.
While there is a possibility to fully manage wokflows for next-gen software projects (see e.g, Managing Next-gen status/workflows), I'm unable do find the same functionality with service-desk.
Is it possible to add more workflow statuses in next-gen service desk?

It's possible to edit workflow for each request type.
Please, go to the Project settings > Request types > Select a request type and on the top, you will see "Edit workflow".

I saw the editor but couldn't figure out how to add new statues to the workflow. I got it now: I can create a new status within the available groups ("pendente", "em andamento", "concluído").
