After migrating from cloud can not browse projects

Hi,

I have managed to import my cloud backup to a local Jira server. I can see all the users and projects, however I can not browse projects and issues. I tried editing permissions scheme but it doesn't seem to have any effect, Kindly help See below:

This is what it says it is - your account does not match the rules in the permission scheme for the projects.

There isn't a lot more we can tell you, the error message is telling you exactly what is wrong.  Edit the permission scheme it links to and look at the "browse project" permission.  Who does that say can use the project?  You'll find your account is not on the list.

Hi Nic, Thanks for the reply.

As I have mentioned, permission schemes doesn't seem to have effect, I made sure I have added the user to "browse project" but it is still same thing.

Also I notice another issue. When checking application access it is showing that no Applications available. I would really appreciate some help here, See below:

Apply your Jira license correctly.

It will resolve your issue.
