Any Universities Using Jira Help Desk and Confluence?

I am looking to connect with some other professionals who use Jira Help Desk and Confluence to manage their IT requests for their University. 

Additionally, I am hoping to maybe even arrange virtual meetings or travel to nearby schools to see their facilities and chat with people doing similar work to me and my team. 

I am from NW Indiana at Valparaiso University!
