Yes, clone++ allows you to change the project and issue type for the clone. Both allow you to change other fields before the clone is made. I have updated the User's Guide to include this information.

Hi Bob.

Is there a sample Python script that we could use to do a Clone++ on an existing JIRA ticket to clone it? We are trying to accomplish this using JIRA API's.
