Auto search on request forms

Setting up knowledge base articles in Confluence so they display to end users when raising 'incident and requests' only. The default searches the knowledge base against ALL requests. Can I set the default to NO for all in one foul swoop rather than change them individually to NO as this would be rather tedious.

Paul,

Unfortunately you have to make the change on each request type for searching KB and labels. I agree it is tedious but hopefully changes do not occur very often.

I thought that would be the case. Cheers Brant.
