Hi Team,
In my organization, we created almost 100 projects in 3 months, it impacts on the performance issue.
is there any alternate to create projects( i think to create a board instead of creating a project)
Need Suggestions?
Thanks in Advance.
This can depend on the Project types and process that you are looking for.
If you are looking for Development team then create a Software project that to be if the process (Workflow) and Issue types, permissions and Notifications are totally different.
If you are looking for Support Desk project/ Customers then create Service desk project so that you will get JSD application-related functionality.
If you are looking for Business/Management project then create a Jira Core (Business) type project.

Yes, you can manage with an Agile board...but the thing is you need to manage the permissions like if one user is working on XYZ project and he has the manage sprint permission for this and you have created a board with a filter for ABC project and added this in XYZ project then the user need the Manage sprint permission for ABC project as well.

Hi Raju
1. Create template projects and always create new projects by sharing configuration with template projects. That will make life much easier to maintain schemes in your Jira.
2. If you can manage different teams/projects in one Jira projects (by using multiple board, components), just use one Jira project.
Hope that help.
