Can i configure my fields to only show up for specific issue types

I want different issue types to have different set of fields. Thank you in advance

Hello,

You can.

If you mean, that you want to show different set of fields in the create, edit or view screens, then you should create separate screens for each issue type. You can find more info here:

If you want a different set of fields for a transition screen. Then you should connect different workflows to each issue type and set required screens to transitions in each workflow.

@Alexey Matveev i have created another screen for an issue type, but do i need to create another screen scheme or issue type scheme as well. I'm confused. Thanks for your help

You need to create a new screen, a new screen scheme and then connect this screen scheme to the issue type screen scheme, used by your project.
