Hi,
So, I had started a Jira Portfolio trial but we decided that it wasn't what we are looking for at the moment. I went and cancelled the subscription for it but all the custom fields (such as Team) remain and are marked as Locked. How can I clean up and remove those and all other traces of the plugin?
Thanks!
The custom fields are created by the plugin in Jira and will stay there. You can go to Settings -> Custom Fields and de-associate the custom fields from all screens. That should hide them. Existing issues will keep the fields and values, but if you don't associate them with any screens, they should not show anywhere. New project should not have those fields.
Let me know if that helps!
Hi Martin,
They do not show in the screens, but they are still proposed in the query editor. And as we created a custom field also named Team after having removed the portfolio plugin, the unused Portfolio field is proposed alongside our own custom one which is pretty confusing.
Thanks!

@Daniel Roussel I have the same problem. Did you find a solution for removing the locked Team field from portfolio trial ? @Martin Varga Can the fields installed by Portfolio trial be removed ?

Locked fields cannot be removed.

to answer my own question .. you can actually! You need scriptrunner for this ( but even if you dont buy it you can install a trial and do this action I guess )
