Hi Anusha,

Here's the JIRA Software 7.6.x Release Notes and the JIRA Software 7.6.x upgrade notes.  The Release Notes talk about major changes while the upgrade notes go into some specific changes that may affect your upgrade experience.

Additionally, here is the full list of resolved issues in 7.6.x.

So you can see the changes from 7.2.x to 7.6 here are the Release and Upgrade Notes for each version of JIRA:

While the release notes also contain a listing and explanation of new features in Jira, I also created a pair of JQL queries that show all the bugs fixed and new features/suggestions implemented in both Jira core and Jira Software since 7.2.8 (up through the 7.6.2 version which is currently the latest).

All bugs resolved since 7.2.8 to the current version (7.6.2) in both Jira Core and Jira Software:
