Couldn't connect to the Jira instance

Troy B. Stauffer January 29, 2019

When I try using the Outlook 365 plugin to Jira and enter the jira url, i get the error message

Our jira url contains a port so i am not sure if that is the issue or not but there isn't much to go on

Hi @Troy B. Stauffer,

I don't know this app. I guess it's an app for Outlook and not for Jira. Reading their documentation it's not clear how to connect it.

Hope anyone know how it works.

I uninstalled it because it doesn't work anyhow.  sorry to trouble you.  I just thought it was something you supported.

consider this solved :)

I've considered the same problem. Worked after changing the header for like 5 min. After uninstall and reinstall it does not work anyways. Maybe it's because of reverse proxy or SSO
