I want to create a clone of JIRA issue on transition

I am using Script Runner plugin. Are there any script where I can create clone of JIRA ticket.

The cloned ticket should be create in different Project.

User can select a project and issue type while creating clone of a ticket

I need script in post function

 I have tried the above script, but it is not creating any clone issue.

 Also I need to create in different project, so any different script where I can get this?
