Create new issue in outlook for Jira

For some reason I can't create new issue using outlook for Jira it forever search. Howver I can add to existing issue and view issue.

I'm using the add on outlook to jira see picture new issue won't work as view issue and add to issue works no problem

we just discovered this issue last week, which was occurring for older build of Outlook. We deployed a fix today - could you check if it's working again for you?

I am missing a piece of information here. Do you use an incoming mail handler to convert mails to issues? Are you using a plugin?

Dear @Nicolas Ouellet,

seems that the plugin cannot connect to the Jira server. Can you ask your admin, if there where changes to the system? Update/Upgrades ...
