In the customer portal, when a customer views their request, the list defaults to show "Open Requests." However, it doesn't actually show their requests until they click on "Any Status." How do I let the portal show "In progress, Waiting for Support, Open to team, etc" as an Open request?

Basically, it's because I had the Resolution field hidden. It displays requests as "Open" if they do not have a resolution set. I set the Resolution field to show and they came back.

Do you mind posting a picture of your request type details? Fields & Group details?
I have tested out a couple things on my own instance and I am not having the issue you are. I suspect it could be a permission situation?
What version of JSD are you using as well?

Maybe she probably edited her workflow and deleted the standard statuses.
