Hi,
I want to link our companys Jira with a customers Jira-Instance (as I read with Application Link) to sync/share f.e. issues.
The goal is that agents on both instances have access to issues on both instances, like cross-access.
The question is:
Do I need two licenses per (each) agent (one license per agent per instance) so that there are f.e. four licenses needed for two agents, one agent on each companys instance?
Luca
Hello,
If you want a user to be able to work on both instances, then you need 2 licenses for this user.
