Does Jira have an AI Bot feature similar to Service Now, that enables the customer to ask question, be given automated responses and links or then move the chat onto a live agent, if the Bot is unable to resolve?
Hi Iain,
We have built Virtual Agents for Servicenow customers and now we have KOJI for Atlassian customers. It runs on JSM cloud or Data Center. We have now customers using this solution.
You can check KOJI from Konverso on the Atlassian marketplace
Among our latest features:
Additionally, we also offer Kbot Enterprise not yet on the marketplace that offers more AI capabilities including:
Customer testimonials indicate a 45% deflection rate.

Good Day Bertrand,
I hope you are well.
Do you have someone in the APAC region I can set a sync up with for an overview of your product and it's integration with Jira?
Thank you,
Iain

We do have customers in the region for instance in Australia, and a partner in India.
Our team is in Europe.
Happy to set up a meeting early morning my time.

Hi Bertrand,
Do you know when KBOT enterprise will be on the market. We are looking for a bot but KOJI seems a bit lightweight for our needs:
- automated discovery of issue type
- Automated triaging
- Ability to answer by calling an API to retrieve answer or URL link that answer the question or even a html component
I assume KBOT would answer some of those.

Hey @Iain McGregor ,
Nothing like that out of the box I'm afraid. There are a few marketplace apps that support a 3rd party chatbot and that would then integrate through a connector/api.
You might want to look at Halp too https://www.atlassian.com/software/halp it's not really AI but it has routing flows and things like that :)

Hi Dirk, we are an Atlassian partner with a focus on Service Desk automation through AI on top of ITSM. KOJI is on the Atlassian marketplace with live customers and free trial options. KOJI is also implemented with a dedicated instance for Atlassian customers that do not want mutualized environment. This includes AI-based routing, multilingual Chatbot, call bot, search and more :)
