Hi,
I have two tickets where i cannot see the edit button at all when viewing the ticket. The only fields i can see are admin and comment.
Please advise why this could be?

Hi Neil,
please check "Permission scheme" for this project - "Edit Issues" permission
or workflow "Properties" for a particular status:
Property Key: jira.issue.editable
Property Value: false
Usually, it's used to prevent users from editing closed tickets.
For most cases, you should reopen the ticket to be able to edit it.
