Edit text "Issue link" in an issue when using the Spanish language

The title that appears when using the Spanish language must be "Enlaces" because in addition to links to issues, it also contains links to Confluence and external links.

Actually the translation in Spanish is "Enlace a Incidencias" (Link to Issues).

The title could confuse users and make it difficult to find information
