Hi,
Is anyone else facing the problem of missing email addresses in the Rest API's get user (/user?accountId=XXXXXX) endpoint call?
Yes, we're experiencing the same problem. Looks like something has changed in the core API few days ago. You may want to start watching this question https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Desk-questions/API-responses-suddenly-missing-emailAddress-field/qaq-p/1125871.
Thanks a lot for confirming. We are watching that question now. Its hard to get Atlassian's attention to this issue. Causing a lot of customer complaints for us.

Have you been able to convince Atlassian to look into this? We are clueless as to how to get this resolved. Atlassian support has been far from useful so far. Losing hope at this point that this will ever get resolved.
