Hi,
I need to export information about SLA Settings in my projects. I have 40 Service Desk Project and I need to analyse whather they are properly configured. I was search in data base and REST API but I can't finde these informations.
I need this functionality too!
Since I couldn't find any previous suggestion, I created the JSDSERVER-15559.
Please, consider voting for it. (It may not persuade Atlassian, but at least it's easy and gives us a feeling of accomplishment. :-) )
Hello @Tomasz Bryla
As far as I know, JQL and SLA are quite limited, since SLA I just a timer.

It looks like this hasn't been solved yet. I am having the same issue for about 40 projects. I just want a single report, extract, etc to show all the individual SLA's across each of the projects to make sure they align to the contracts rather than going through each individual project within Jira.
