We have around 100+ bugs linked to a user story. How can I export the list of those bugs?

Go to issue navigator and search for those bugs.

issue in linkedIssues(issueKey,linkType)

Then export them to Excel from issue navigator.

Do you link all the bugs to a single parent user story or do you also have bugs some levels under the history?

Story <- Some issue <- Bug
