Extremely long lock reindex

Hello!

About last 2 month i have 1 problem

Background reindex takes about 20-23 minutes, but Lock reindex takes about 2 hours

Hardware: 14 vCPU 40 Gb RAM for JWM, SSD 

Jira version Server 7.13.3

The Jira Re-index  Performance Time Is Based Upon  Your Data Of  Jira . Lock re-index takes Some Time .

I understand this6 but how background reindex takes much less time?

20 minutes vs 120 minutes. In my instance ~ 200k issues.
