Generate logs for custom plugin

Hello,

We are using custom plugin within jira so now we want to generate logs for same for tracking purpose. what are the ways to generate separate logs for custom plugin?

Could you please share some more details as I'm completely beginner and doing such thing for the first time.

Also please share sample log4j.properties file if possible.

A plugin specific log4j.properties file does not get picked up using this method once you deploy your plugin to another stand alone server.

It only works using atlas-run or atlas-debug
