Hello dear Community,

I have the following Hierarchy in my Jira:

Topic (one Jira Project-parent) - > Requirement (multiple Jira Projects- childs)

In my Jira Plan overview I need to see all of my topics, grouped by Releases, but I am only receiving the list of Topics with selected Fix Version without the belonging child Requirements.

Many thanks in advance for your answers

Hi @Anelia Gagova and welcome to the Community!

If you want to group issues in your plan by release, all issues must be assigned to a release. As releases are specific to a project and you have several projects, you should also create a cross-project release in your plan to group the corresponding releases across those projects. Then you can assign all issues to that cross-project release to achieve the desired result.

For more information on how to create cross-project releases, see this support article.

Hope this helps!

Hello Walter,

thank you for your Answer. May be I am doing something wrong, but what I am receiving as result is:plans.PNG

where bellow the parent Project Topics I am not receiving again the children, even all of their Q4/21 Releases are assigned to Q4/21 Cross Project Release.
I went through the linked documentation, but still not seeing what I am doing wrong.
Many thanks for your help

Hi @Anelia Gagova ,

Did you manage to consolidate the issues under the same release?

Kind regards,
Maor
