×Hi there.
I think it is not possible but is there any way for hiding workflow transition screen for some request types.
We have Send to 2nd Line transition with screen which contains Agent 2nd line and group picker.
We actually using this transition with screen for several request types.
But now I want use transition without screen for new request types.
//----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Briefly:
There are several request types we use this transition with screen, but for new request types we need this transition without screen(Without deleting screen from transition. I need just hide this).
You can use "conditions" in your existing workflow. Make 2 transitions, one that has the screen and one that doesn't. Put conditions on them so that only 1 is valid for each issue type or request type.

Thanks a lot!

I dont think its possible without plugins.
An alternative: Copy your workflow, name it meaningfully, delete the transition screen there and use it for your new request types.
