How can I change the default settings when creating new helpdesk projects for customer permissions

Hello,

How can I change the template of "Customer Permissions" Default values when I create a new helpdesk project ?

Along with the other default values ?

So that I don't have to redo them all over every time ?

the way JSW/JSD work in this regard is to allow you to define schemes (templates). Then when you create a new project you simply share the scheme w/ this new project. In fact when you create a new project it gives you an option to share the configuration of an existing project. TBH I cannot recall what all gets shared but pretty sure the permission scheme is.

And can I edit the existing schemes ? Like the existing helpdesk scheme ? Or duplicate it ?
