How can I stack rank a backlog of tickets for initiatives and epics?

I have a board of initiatives that show fine in a jira board "backlog" that allows me to drag and drop ranking.

I want to add epics to this view becuase some work items are important but not big enough to be an initiative. I'd like to see epics and initiatives on a single backlog/stack rankable view. Is this possible?

@Asha Goyal I'm not sure, I can't find it in the config. I think I tried both options and. this view that has a "backlog" allows me to drag and drop the ranking.
