How can we change the order of display in Easy Agile Program Board. Currently I guess the board is displaying according to the order to boards loaded in the "Team Agile Boards" section. Is there any other way to re-group them.
We cant remove the boards and add it in the required order once again because we have already mapped it with the scrum board and those linkages will be break. We cant re-establish the linkages as well because many sprints are already closed. Is there any other way of re-grouping the boards.
Hi Anusha,
Currently we do not support re-arranging the list of teams. To better understand your use case, how would you prefer to order the teams? Alphabetically, arbitrarily?
Thanks
Dave
Hi Dave,
We need to order arbitrarily. Can you please confirm whether its displaying based on the order of selection of boards in the "Team Agile Board" section.

Hi Anusha,
Thanks for that feedback.
Yes. The order of the boards in the increment overview respects the order the boards as you selected them in the Program Configuration.
If you want to order your teams you will have to remove the one you want to re-order, save the program and then re-add them in the correct order and save the program.
Please be aware that doing this will break the sprint selections of the teams in any currently running program increments. You cannot currently select active sprints when opening an increment. We are looking at ways to help address this in future releases.

Hi Anusha,
To be able to update your program, you need to be a Jira Administrator or have the Manage Programs global permission. Once you have these you will see an Edit Program button listed at the top of the program roadmap.
