This question was answered in 2015, however, the instructions there to not work now.

I am on cloud and I am able to change the name (as you show in your screenshot); however, I am unable to change the description that shows in the portal.

That section under the name pulls in the names of all the requests in that group. This gives the reporter a heads up of what requests they'll find if they click on Employee Logins and Accounts.
