Just a heads up: On March 24, 2025, starting at 4:30pm CDT / 19:30 UTC, the site will be undergoing scheduled maintenance for a few hours. During this time, the site might be unavailable for a short while. Thanks for your patience.
×We have the integration setup so that when commits are made in git, they get propagated to the associated Jira issue. I'm trying to figure out how to get comments made on a pull request to show up in the comments section in the associated Jira issue. I have the 'Pull request review comments' option selected on the GitHub webook. Am I missing a step?
This is Majid @ Exalate.
I do not believe it is possible with the integration you are using, but there are apps out there that could help, like Exalate. Please let me know if you need any further information on the topic.
Apologies for not being able to provide a more helpful answer here!
Thanks
Majid
Just found your post after posting the same question today. Were you able to find a solution to this?

@Nickolas Schader Oh no! From what I've been looking into, it seems like the only solution is to build out a custom webhook...

Has anyone found a solution to this yet?

If anyone comes looking for this, there is an open ticket to do exactly this - head over and vote: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BSERV-4557
