How do I integrate Jira exports(csv,xls,etc) to PowerBI to get live updates

I have created dashboards on Jira [data center] and i can extract report to excel from export option. But every time i need to do it. 

Can i link directly to Power Bi or excel at least to get live updates on single click of refresh which would help me to save some time as i'm having huge data to consolidate and every time extracting will be troublesome.

This gives you an URL that POwerBi can consume based on the Jira filters
