How do I unresolve single issue from UI or database?

Hello All,

Could you please provide me solution for how to un-resolve the issue either through UI or database.  Resolution field was place in edit screen. so each time a person edited the screen this was the required field, so the issue got updates with  the resolution field which made the issue resolved.

HI. 

You can add new transition (loop) on workflow and create standard post function "update issue" 

publish workflow and make the transition
